Vivier® Pharmaceutical Skincare — Premium, pharmaceutical-grade skincare featuring advanced formulations designed to address a variety of skin concerns and promote healthier-looking skin.
Cypress™ Skincare & Aftercare — Proudly 100% Canadian-made, our safer skincare and aftercare collection is thoughtfully developed to complement professional paramedical- tattoo treatments, micro-needling, and advanced skin revision procedures. Featuring hypoallergenic, vegan, and cruelty-free formulations, our products are designed to support skin recovery, soothe sensitive skin, maintain hydration, and promote healthy, radiant-looking results.
Nue Conceal® — Specialized medical-grade skincare and aftercare products designed to support the skin's natural healing process following camouflage and inkless tattooing procedures. These advanced formulations also complement hair regeneration treatments, skin rejuvenation, and anti-aging skincare, helping to improve the appearance of skin texture, vitality, and overall skin health.
Your satisfaction is important to us. That's why we offer a 30-Day Customer Satisfaction Guarantee on eligible product purchases made directly through Cypress Aesthetics Inc., subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
1. Return Period
If you are not completely satisfied with an eligible Epicutis®, Vivier®, Cypress™, or Nue Conceal® product purchased directly from Cypress Aesthetics Inc., you may request a return within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Return requests received after 30 days will not be accepted, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
2. Return Process
Only products purchased directly from Cypress Aesthetics Inc., through vancityskin.com, or at our Vancouver clinic are eligible for return under this policy.
Products purchased from other retailers or directly from a manufacturer must be returned to the original point of purchase.
To initiate a return, please email info@cypressaesthetics.com with the following information:
Your order number or proof of purchase.
The name and brand of the product(s) you wish to return.
The reason for your return.
Photographs of the product, if applicable.
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, our Customer Care team will provide a Return Authorization Number and return instructions.
If your purchase included complimentary products, promotional gifts, or bonus items, it is our gift to you! No need to return Cypress™ gifts. ❤︎
Approved returns must be shipped or delivered within 5 business days of receiving your Return Authorization Number.
Please do not return products without prior authorization.
3. Refund Process
Once your returned product has been received and inspected, please allow up to 14 business days for processing.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
You will receive email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
Additional processing time may be required by your financial institution before the funds appear in your account.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return results from an incorrect, defective, or damaged product supplied by Cypress Aesthetics Inc.
Prepaid return shipping labels are not provided for standard returns.
We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. Cypress Aesthetics Inc. is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged during transit.
Please contact our Customer Care team before shipping any returns.
5. Original Shipping Fees
Original shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable except when:
An incorrect product was shipped.
A product arrived damaged or defective.
A refund of shipping charges is otherwise required by applicable law.
All other shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
We take great care in preparing and packaging every order.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or compromised product, please notify Cypress Aesthetics Inc. within 3 days of delivery.
Email info@cypressaesthetics.com with:
Your order number.
The product name.
A description of the issue.
Clear photographs of the product and packaging.
Once the issue has been reviewed and verified, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
This reporting period does not limit your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
7. Shipping Errors & Missing Items
If your order contains an incorrect product or is missing an item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
Our Customer Care team will review the discrepancy and, where appropriate, arrange for missing or incorrect items to be replaced at no additional charge.
Please retain your original packaging until the issue has been resolved.
8. Skin Reactions, Sensitivities & Product Compatibility
Your skin health, safety, and satisfaction are important to us.
Although our Epicutis®, Vivier®, Cypress™, and Nue Conceal® products are carefully selected for quality and performance, individual sensitivities or unexpected skin reactions may occur.
If you experience irritation, an allergic reaction, or another unexpected response:
Discontinue use of the product immediately.
Consult a qualified healthcare professional when appropriate.
Contact info@cypressaesthetics.com with your order information, product name, and a description of the reaction.
Our team may request additional information or photographs to assess your return.
Skin reaction return requests must generally be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
Approved returns will be processed according to this policy and applicable consumer protection requirements.
9. Conditions & Exclusions
All returns are subject to review by Cypress Aesthetics Inc.
The following conditions apply:
Proof of purchase is required.
Return requests must be initiated within the applicable 30-day return period.
Products must be returned with their original containers and any remaining contents.
Empty or substantially consumed products may be excluded from the satisfaction guarantee.
Complimentary products and promotional gifts must be returned when requesting a full refund from: Epicutis, Vivier and Nue Conceal; Only Cypress™ promotional gifts are yours to keep.
Gift cards, employee purchases, and products marked as final sale are excluded from discretionary returns, unless otherwise required by law.
Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers are not eligible for return through Cypress Aesthetics Inc.
Professional Services & Treatments
This policy applies to retail products only. It does not cover medical aesthetic treatments, paramedical tattooing, camouflage or inkless tattooing procedures, microneedling, hair regeneration treatments, skin revision procedures, treatment packages, appointment deposits, or completed services.
These services are governed by separate clinic booking, cancellation, and treatment policies.
Cypress Aesthetics Inc. reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
We reserve the right to modify this policy periodically. Changes will apply prospectively and will not remove rights customers have under applicable law.
